I see the IP of one guy who he has a personal beef with that doesn't seem to actively use runeloader. Where is the exchange here? Proof that he's selling IPs? Proof that it comes from runeloader? There are a lot of implications that just aren't present in the tweet. I fail to see how he is "tweeting out user IPs in exchange for money".
